Introducing Tembo Apartments Karagita (Utawala).

The recently developed five-year strategic plan (SP2019-2024) is purposed to transform TIC into a high yielding/return investment co-operative in Kenya through expansion and diversification of its real estate business.

TIC intends to develop two (2) 2BR residential apartment units for rent, on two plots of size 50ft X 100ft each (LR No. 115/625 and LR No. 115/626) located in Karagita within Mihango sub County of Nairobi County, in line with SP2019-2024. This will yield a project ROI of 10-12%.

To achieve this, the Board issued a rights issue of shares at cost of kes 20 per share which can be subscribed to by;

1. Current Tembo House shareholders.
2. Relatives and friends of the current Tembo House shareholders.
3. A TEMBO APARTMENTS KARAGITA SHARE GOES FOR kshs.20 PER SHARE.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Be a Tembo investment co-op society shareholder.
2. A relative/friend of a Tembo investment co-op society shareholder.
3. Fill in the karagita share purchase form and a membership form for new members.
4. No minimum shares.
5. A share is kes 20.

The monies are to be deposited into our Karagita project account at Tembo Sacco and a share purchase form filled or our Co-operative bank A/c no. 01120-5276-68701 thereafter submit the bank slip complete with the buyers official names to the office to fill the share purchase form.

BENEFITS

ANNUAL DIVIDENDS PROJECTIONS BETWEEN 10% AND 12%.
