Tembo Sacco was awarded the most efficient employer based Sacco under tier 2. The Sacco draws its main membership from East African Breweries Limited and its contractors. Although the Sacco has open membership to any prospective members willing to join.

In the year ended 31st December 2019 members of Tembo Sacco earned unprecedented dividend of 20% on share capital and 11.5% interest on deposits.The exceptionally high rebate was attributed to promoting a culture of open door policy for communication,being tech savvy,embracingfeedback,professionalism, focused strategy and prudent operating disciplines adopted by the management.
