Corporate Centre Shares are shares available to Only Tembo Sacco members.

The shares came about after Tembo Sacco through their investment company Tembo Trio purchased the KBL building (now The Trio Complex) from EABL. Corporate center shares at kshs.5,000 per share.

The shares are currently unavailable for purchase.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Be a Tembo Sacco member.
2. Have the mandatory kshs.20,000 share capital.
3. Fill in the membership form and express interest.
4. Minimum shares worth 5,000.
5. No restriction for maximum shares held.

BENEFITS

1. Annual dividends will be determined by performance.

Exit Plan

Corporate Centre Shares are transferable from one member to another under the terms and conditions that both members agree to.
